My next DIY project.

I am going to attempt making this with one of the lamps I have just sitting in my room..

I'll show you the finished product once it's all done! :)

Maybe I'll do a tutorial.. who knows. Depends on how lazy I am. ha ha!

Here's what the lamp looks like now!....

I found this recipe on this lady's (Amy) blog that I just randomly came across. So, I copied and pasted it onto my blog to share with all of you. If you would like to visit her blog just click the link! :)

Guacamole Salsa

1 lb. tomatillos (or more if you want it thinner)

1 jalapeno pepper (or more if you like it spicy)

1/3 bunch cilantro

1 thick slice of onion

1 garlic clove

1 avocado

1 tsp. salt

Peel and wash the tomatillos - they are usually found over by the cilantro & peppers, and have a husk on them. Cut them into quarters and put in the blender. Follow with the jalapeno, cilantro, onion, garlic, avocado & salt. Be sure to put the tomatillos in the bottom of the blender and not the avocado so it doesn't stick to the blade. You might have to help it start by shaking or using a mixer at first. But, once it gets going the juice from the tomatillos will help move the other ingredients around.

That is it! I was told it lasts for about a week in the fridge. I did notice that it thickens up in the fridge, so if you want it thinner grab a couple more tomatillos to mix in again. Super easy and so good!!

A little makeover..

Well, I got tired of my blog.. so I decided a little makeover would do the trick! :) Like I said before.. I am keeping my name.. I just love it... but something had to change... I was bored of my plain ol' white background.. so I spiced it up with this new "fancy" flowery background.. sporting bright colors. What do you think?! Too much.. or is it me? My dream wedding..

So, my darling best friend begged me to do a post about my "dream wedding.." so therefore I am blogging about just that! So be patient.. ha ha, It's kind of a lot. Hope you enjoy! Especially you my friend. ;)

Yeah, I know right.. GORGEOUS. A girl can dream.. RIGHT?!

Well since the groomsmen are out of the way..

I figured I'd let my mom and dad pick out their own clothes.. same goes with the grooms parents. :)

I apologize.. I'm sure I've left plenty out of my dream wedding! :) But this is the main points ha ha!

The BEST cleaning supplies EVER...

I have recently fallen in love with Mrs. Meyer's Clean Day cleaning products. They are AMAZING. They really do work. I promise. For example.. you know how when you have sticky stuff on the counter or where ever it is.. you usually have to scrub just a bit, well all I had to do was spray the counter-top spray and wipe it came off so easily! I was VERY impressed. So I would HIGHLY recommend  this product. They are all natural products so they're safe for you and the environment! Win-win eh?

For the kitchen I recommend  Honeysuckle. It smells awesome! :) 

(I wish they had this scent in the bathroom cleaners..)

For the Bathroom I recommend  Basil. Nice and minty! :) 

(This scent can be found with all the cleaners they sell)

These two scents are my absolute favorite! :)

(I have only tried the bathroom and kitchen cleaners.. so I'm not so sure about the laundry stuff.. but I'm sure they work just awesome!)
