I know everyone has "one of those days." You know when you just need a little extra something... so when I ran across this idea on Pintrest, I fell in LOVE. So I went right ahead and made my own. It has already cheered me up.
What you do:
Get a piece of paper.. any paper.. and a marker or two or three.. or four.. (you get the point) and write down take what you need..
write down some things you sometimes lack throughout your day.. and when you feel you need it.. you go ahead and take it.
I thought so.
