That's just great!

I love that moment when you're looking for something and you can't find it and instead you find something else. Like today.. I was looking for something very important and I couldn't find it but at the bottom of my drawer was a memory card.. What? I put it into my computer and the adventure began. It was funny to look back at all the pictures  and the memories. I'd like to share a few of those pictures with you now. Enjoy a little peek into my life. :)

I don't have much to say about this except this is my typical day.. in my room.. making weird faces. ha ha!

God has gave me the most amazing daddy ever. I love my dad to pieces. I'm grateful that when he found out that I wasn't twins he still loved me. I think. Just kidding, I know my dad loves me even though he picks on me. Fatherly love right? And I am the baby.. so typical. I am grateful I have a dad that will kill nasty bugs for me, fix my car.. help me with my craft projects even though he's tired. My dad has such a caring heart for everyone and is a great example for me to look up to. I LOVE YOU SO MUCH DADDY! Remember I'll always be your little girl. Thanks for everything. I couldn't ask for a better daddy. :)

I love my mommy. :)

Today was a day dedicated to spending the day with my amazing mommy. I love her to pieces. :) She understands me, loves me and takes care of me. She's a really good mommy. I LOVE YOU MOMMY ROO! :)

Remember to hug your mom every once in a while. They enjoy it! ;)

Oh he's home!

What a freaking crazy long day! I woke up at 4:00am.. WHY?! I was too excited I guess. When I awoke I was filled with SO much energy! It was insane. I got ready, attempted to eat breakfast but felt SO sick to my stomach from all the nervousness and excitement going on.. that I just couldn't eat. So instead I drank some milk, and watched Dog The Bounty Hunter until I had to leave for work. I arrived at work after dancing in my car the entire way there.. with a gigantic smile on my face... which I kept all day. Yes, my face hurts now. Can I just say 10:30am came super fast! As soon as I saw the clock hit 10:30am I was super giggly, all smiles and whoop.. I wasn't in the mood to work anymore. I couldn't concentrate one bit. Because my James was finally home. Soon lunch arrived, YAY! I darted out those doors.. attempted to eat some lunch but nah, I was WAY too excited to even think about eating. So instead I picked up my ghetto phone and called his mommy. I talked to her for a little bit, then she handed the phone to him. How epic. It was crazy.. it wasn't my James.. he sounded so manly ha ha! But I must say his voice was/is very sexy now. (Back off ladies! ;]) It was amazing to be able to hear his voice again and to talk to him. It was CRAZZZY. Anywho.. we had to hang up because he had to go meet with some people, and I had to go back to work. That's when time began to go by SUPER duper SLOOOOOOOOW. Ugh. I kept looking at the clock like really!? REALLY?! It's still only 1:30?! Please. It just drug on.. I felt as if it was the end of the world. But then the clock hit 5:00 and I was out of there. So fast you couldn't catch me. It was time to go see him! Oh how nervous I was but also excited. It was crazyness. I've never felt like that before. I arrived to his house but they weren't there yet.. so I will not lie.. I did think about leaving. But my dear bestie Bina talked to me, calmed me down and yeah. Once they arrived home he got out of the car and walked towards my car.. that was the longest walk of my life. But it was SO worth it. I got the best hug ever! We then went into his house, made small talk.. which was awkward then his friend showed up so I talked to his little brother ha ha. It was pretty tight. But then it came time for me to go home. :( So we gave each other another hug said see ya soon. I hugged his mom then his little brother and as I was leaving James gave his little bro a glare and his mom pointed at him and said you can't have her, James has claimed her ha ha. It was funny. Oh yeah! When I was making small awkward talk he was all, "I have some things for you.." got them then threw them to me and sat back down. (He didn't even sit that close to me ha ha!) I got a jersey from Ghana (Oh yeah! He was in Ghana Africa! BTW..) and a letter from a sister missionary. It was the most wonderful letter ever. I shall share a funny part with you now. "P.S: A word to the wise: "do not be an idiot and screw this up." Elder Hatch's a good man. Do not do stupid things and mess up your chances with him. -I say this with Love. Keep smiling :)" Oh how that made my day. She always included a picture. She's gorgeous! It's good to know that I am very much in love with such an amazing guy who has touched many peoples lives. Yeah.. I still love him and think he's cute even though he's socially awkward. Hopefully he'll get used to having a blonde girl around soon! We'll see. We still have yet to kiss...! Oh.. a hug will do. Goodnight everyone! Have a beautiful sleep ha! And a FANTASTIC day tomorrow.

Oh-Em-Gee!

Have you ever tried the new Simply Lemonade.. Mango flavor? IT IS DELISH! Just bought some oh about 10 minutes ago.. took a sip. I'm in LOVE. ONE WEEK!

REALLY????!!! Only ONE WEEK?! Wow. I can't believe it. In exactly one week.. okay tomorrow exactly one week.. the man of my dreams will be home! AHHH!!! Yep, I'm freaking out just a little bit..! I want this week to fly by! It'd be amazing. Just sayin' :) I don't have much to say right now because I'm way too busy being happy and dancing around in my room.. So I hope you all have a wonderful day! Or night! ha! BYE!

Another finished project!

Picture Frame Jewelry Holder

What you need:

A wood picture frame without glass

Scrapbook paper

Modge Podge

A sponge paint brush

Clear coat spray paint

Fabric for backing (must be easy to poke earrings through)

Small hooks or nobs

How to make it:

1. Sand the frame if needed.

2. Measure the sides of the frame

3. Grab your paper of choice and cut it into four strips to go on the frame.

4. Get your Modge Podge and glue the wood and the back of the paper.

5. Carefully line up the paper how you want it on the frame after it's been Modge Podge.

6. Let sides dry 3-5 minutes.

7. Modge Podge over the paper 3 times in between times letting it dry 3-5 minutes.

8. After all 3 layers of Modge Podge are dry spray with the clear coat spray paint 3 times in between sprays letting dry completely. It took 10 minutes each time I sprayed it.

9. After the paper is applied and stuck for good grab the fabric and cut it the size of the smaller part of the back of the frame.

10. After fabric is cut staple or use a hot glue gun to  attach the fabric.

11. After the fabric is attached and the frame is covered with the paper and it's all set to go get your hooks or nobs and attach them wherever you'd like.

Well, that's annoying!

I have to apologize. My blog got hacked.. so now I have to change everything back. I'm so sorry for all this mess! Hopefully it will be back to normal soon!

5 Great Things..

My top 5 greatest things that have happened to me recently (In no order..)

1. Today at church it was fast and testimony meeting and I'm super shy so I NEVER share my testimony but for some weird reason today I found myself in front of everyone baring my testimony. I started crying from the moment I stood up.. so I was crying the entire time I was walking up to bear my testimony throughout my entire testimony. I felt embarrassed. But once I was finished I turned around and there was the bishop with his hand out to shake my hand. He shook it then stood up to give me a hug. He then whispered in my ear, "Thank you so much, that was amazing." It made me feel loved, just what I needed.

2. I finally figured out that I'm for sure going to Washington to visit! I took my time off at work, and this week I'm booking my flight! I'm so excited! I get to see my best friend/my second family, my cousin who I rarely ever get to see. And hopefully I'll get the chance to re-meet my uncle that I haven't seen since I was like  It should be good. I can't wait. I'm not going until October.. but that's okay! Time will go by fast.

3. There is only one week left before that missionary that I've talked about quite a bit comes home! I'm super excited but nervous. I can't decide what I'm going to do though so I'm kind of freaking out. Yep. That's my nervousness speaking.

4. When my cute little niece got to sleep over and we stayed up until like one in the morning just talking. It was awesome. But the best part was the next day while we were sitting outside and she randomly told me that I'm going to  be a really good mom. So precious. It made my day for sure. It was so cute. I love her very much. 

5. When I sat down to play the piano the other day. The feeling I got was amazing and I was amazed that I could still play my favorite song really well. In my head I was like GO CHELSEY! ha ha. It was a great moment for me.
